1. Preparation of Tristyrene Phenol Polyoxyethylene Ether Sulfonamide
Add 1mol of phenol to the reaction kettle, add a catalyst amount of sulfuric acid, heat to 80 ℃ under stirring, slowly add 3mol of styrene, and react at 120-150 ℃ for 6 hours. Let it stand, separate the acid layer, wash the oil layer with water, separate the water layer, and transfer the oil layer to the polymerization kettle. Add a catalyst amount of KOH, and then reduce pressure for dehydration. Replace the air in the kettle with nitrogen, heat to about 100 ℃, and pass 25mol of ethylene oxide. React for 4 hours at 0.15~0.20MPa and 150~180 ℃. Cool down, transfer the feed liquid to a sulfonation reactor, and sulfonate with concentrated sulfuric acid at a reaction temperature of 120-125 ℃. Finally, neutralize with ammonia water.
2. Preparation of glycerol polyoxyethylene ether oleate
Add 1mol of glycerol to the reactor and add catalyst KOH. Stir, replace the air in the kettle with nitrogen, heat to about 100 ℃, start to add 18mol of ethylene oxide, and react at 0.15-0.20MPa and 150-170 ℃. After adding ethylene oxide, continue stirring until the pressure does not decrease. Cooling. After neutralization, transfer the feed liquid to a sulfonation reactor, add catalyst p-methylbenzenesulfonic acid and 3mol oleic acid under stirring, and conduct esterification reaction at 120-150 ℃. After the reaction is completed, neutralize with Na2CO3 aqueous solution.
Add the measured tristyrenylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonamide to the mixing kettle, add water, heat up to 60 ℃ under stirring, dissolve, add a specific amount of glycerol polyoxyethylene oleate and a small amount of ethylene glycol butyl ether, and stir well.
